I have found a sander which does not hurt my hands when used for short periods of time. Very good.

My thumb operation was good. Still training that hand a bit.

My new head meds are a bit better. I get up earlier now.

I think Netflix could make extra money by letting people subscribe to an additional service that will let you get in touch with other people willing to binge watch their favorite show for 4 hours.
